Please see below for our standard mailing processing and cutoff times:
First-Class Mail & Certified Mail
Mailings submitted before 8:00 PM Eastern Time are generally processed and postmarked by the United States Postal Service on the following business day.
First-Class Mail delivery typically takes approximately 2–4 business days. Delivery within a specific timeframe is not guaranteed.
Certified Mail does not have a separate delivery speed. Delivery time depends on the underlying USPS mail class selected. Certified Mail provides tracking and proof of mailing and delivery.
USPS Priority Mail Express
Mailings submitted before 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, are generally processed for same-day postmarking.
Mailings submitted after the cutoff or on non-business processing days are generally postmarked on the next applicable business day.
Priority Mail Express typically provides 1–2 day delivery, although delivery commitments may vary depending on the destination and USPS service availability.
USPS Priority Mail (Priority Plus in CaseMail)
Mailings submitted before 10:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, are generally processed for same-day postmarking.
Mailings submitted after the cutoff or on non-business processing days are generally postmarked on the next applicable business day.
Priority Mail typically has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–3 business days. This is generally an estimated delivery timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Saturday & Weekend Mailings
First-Class and Certified Mail submitted before 8:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday may be processed for USPS postmarking on Saturday.
Mailings submitted after the applicable cutoff, during weekends, or around postal holidays are generally processed and postmarked on the next available USPS processing day.
Please note that delivery estimates are based on normal USPS service standards and may vary due to the destination, weekends, federal holidays, weather, or other USPS operational conditions.
For time-sensitive or court-related mailings, we recommend submitting documents as early as possible rather than relying on the cutoff time.
