No USPS Delivery Date Or Delayed Status.

No USPS Delivery Date Or Delayed Status.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand how important this matter is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you’re experiencing.

Unfortunately, if the USPS tracking page does not display a delivery or delayed status update, we are unable to provide additional details at this time. Please note that this is a known issue within the USPS mailing infrastructure, affecting both offline and CaseMail-generated mailings.

This is one of the reasons many clients choose CaseMail: our Certificates of Mailing provide verifiable proof that your documents, stamped with a unique CaseMail ID, were mailed on a specific date.

Once an item is sent, it is under USPS control. Recently, they have experienced delays, and in some cases, items may have been delivered without proper scanning at delivery.

What You Can Do:

✅ Verify: Contact the recipient to check if they received the mail.

✅ Wait: Your mail may still be in transit despite tracking delays.

✅ Resend: If necessary, you can choose to resend a duplicate mailing.

Introducing CaseMail AI Delay Detector

To help address these issues, we have introduced the CaseMail AI Delay Detector, which automatically detects delayed mailings. Once enabled, you will receive a notification and have the ability to take the necessary actions directly within CaseMail Tracking under the “Action” section.

We truly appreciate your patience and continued trust in CaseMail. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Sincerely,

CaseMail Support Team
