MANAGING VAULT RECORDS AND ACCESS

VIEW YOUR VAULT RECORDS:
Click on the My Vault link located on the left menu.
Here, you will see the email threads you are tracking and the emails that have been certified. You can perform multiple actions in both the Tracking Records and Certified Records.


SHARE ACCESS TO VIEW EMAIL THREADS STORED IN YOUR VAULT
Use this feature when you want to share access to your email threads. Parties you have authorized will only have View Only permissions.

Step 1: Click the Create Access Button 
Note: Both accounts must be verified to use this feature. 


Step 2: Enter Email Address of the individual to whom you grant access to your vault.
CaseMail will send a secure link to your invitee to set up a free 30-day account. 
Once the invitee has set up their account, they will not be able to see any of the records in your vault until you have also granted them 
access to the records you shared with them

SHARING ACCESS TO YOUR EMAIL THREADS 
This feature enables you to select which emails can be viewed.
STEP 1: Click on the Create Access Link.
 

Type the name or email address of the user. 
If they do not show up in the dropdown, then the invitee has not setup their account yet.
 

REVOKING THREAD ACCESS
To revoke access to specific threads 
Step 1: Click MANAGE ACCESS.
Clicking on each user will show all threads shared with that user. 
Step 2: Click on Block Access
This will block the user's access to the selected thread only. 


REVOKING VAULT ACCESS
To block a user from all Vault Data, Click the Deactivate button.
Step 1: Select the user you want to revoke access.
Step 2: Click Deactivate.
