How to Cancel Your Subscription

Our current cancellation process follows the same process used for submitting ticket requests.

Step 1:  Log into your account (or into the Head Admin's account) and click "Support". 

Step 2:  In the Subject field please enter "Cancel Subscription".

Step 3: In the Description field please provide more information regarding your cancellation. For instance, please let us know why you have decided to cancel your subscription and if you would like to downgrade to the free eXpress account.



Step 4: Please enter any numbers/characters into the CaseMail ID and Job ID fields and click "Submit".

For Multiple-User Accounts

  1. Please explain which accounts (if not all) are being canceled.
  2. If the entire account, including all users, is being canceled please let us know.
  3. If a credit balance is present on any account that is to be canceled please explain how to remove the balance (either by transferring credits or by cashing out).

*For security reasons, cancellation requests must be made in the form of a Support ticket from the primary account.  We are unable to accept requests that are not formally requested in the form of a Support ticket from the primary account.
